Is this insurance?
No. HealthPass is a supplemental membership that gives you affordable access to telehealth. It does not pay medical claims and it is not minimum essential coverage. It is designed to sit alongside insurance, or to be useful when you do not have any.
Who counts as my household?
Up to six people living in your household — spouse or partner and dependents. There is no same-last-name requirement and no per-person charge.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No, and nobody honest would promise that. A licensed provider reviews your visit and prescribes only when it is clinically appropriate. Controlled substances are never prescribed.
How do I cancel?
From your member portal, any time. Billing stops immediately — there is no term, no cancellation fee, and nobody to argue with on the phone.
