No. HealthPass is a supplemental healthcare access membership. It is not an insurance policy, does not pay medical claims and is not minimum essential coverage. It works alongside insurance, or on its own if you don’t have any.
How much do visits cost?
Urgent care and wellness visits are a $30 Member Visit Fee. Behavioral health visits are $60. The fee is shown before you pay. Medication and pharmacy costs are separate.
Who can be included in my membership?
Up to six eligible people in your household — spouse or partner and dependents. Each person gets their own member ID, card and visit link, at no extra charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your member portal. Monthly memberships stop billing right away. Yearly memberships stay active through the year you paid for and simply don’t renew.
Will I always get a prescription?
No. A licensed provider reviews every visit and prescribes only when it is clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are never guaranteed, and controlled substances are not prescribed.
What if it’s an emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. HealthPass is for everyday, non-emergency care.
