Referral Partners can reference the types of prescriptions a licensed provider may consider when medically appropriate.

Bacterial Infections Antibiotic treatment may be prescribed when the provider determines a bacterial infection is present and treatment is appropriate.

Urinary Tract Infections Prescription treatment may be available for eligible uncomplicated urinary concerns after clinical evaluation.

Cold & Flu Antiviral or prescription symptom-management treatments may be considered when appropriate.

Allergies Prescription allergy medications or nasal treatments may be considered based on the member's symptoms.

Skin Conditions Topical antibiotic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, or other eligible dermatologic treatments may be prescribed.

Eye Concerns Prescription eye treatments may be considered when clinically appropriate for eligible conditions.

Men's Health Eligible prescription treatment options may be available through specialized men's-health programs.

Hair Loss Eligible prescription hair-loss treatments may be available through applicable wellness programs.

Weight Management Members may access evaluation for GLP-1 and other weight-management therapies through eligible programs.
